Price, Terms & Payment:
Prices range from £250 in winter to £490 in August. There is a discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more and further discount for longer term letting. Payment is by cheque, cash or bank transfer. Changeovers are usually Saturday but other days may be considered.

Enclosed lawned area with garden furniture and BBQ. also paddock adjoining lawn for family activities. Plenty of Private parking. Shed available for bikes canoes etc. .

Haroldston Farmhouse is a large detached self-catering holiday cottage located in beautiful open countryside, close to the market town of Haverfordwest but remains tranquil at the end of its own 300 yard long private lane. The house is centrally placed to explore the whole of Pembrokeshire.
It has a large beamed farmhouse kitchen, which is big enough to seat everybody.   The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker with double oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge.   The freezer, washing machine and tumble drier are housed in a separate utility room.
There are 2 sitting rooms, both comfortably furnished with leather suites. One is equipped with television, DVD, Freeview and video, whilst the other has a hi-fi system, complete with CD and tape player.
The games room also has a TV and portable radio/CD player plus a dartboard and a proper bar pool table. There are various other pass-times, such as jigsaws, Monopoly, Cluedo, children’s toys etc.
The 6 bedrooms consist of 2 doubles with King-sized beds, 2 twins, 1 single and 1 room with 3 singles. If the house is required by 6 couples, the single room can easily be converted to a twin (advanced notice would be appreciated). One of the twins has an adjacent bathroom, with shower, and is situated on the ground floor.
There are 2 further bathrooms upstairs, one with a shower and one with a bath. Both have WCs.
All rooms are centrally heated. We supply all bed-linen and towels, with regular changes. Heating, gas and electricity is included.
WiFi gives free broadband access.   Customers need to bring their own wireless enabled laptop computers.
The garden is large and enclosed with swing and brick-built barbecue.   There is ample parking in the courtyard.
Price, Terms & Payment:
20% deposit with booking, balance 6 weeks prior to holiday.

Normally Saturday changeover but will be flexible, where possible, in low season.

Minimum of 3 nights stay.

Payment by cheque or internet transfer.

Oak and Holly Cottages, Golly Farm, each include a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and separate large power shower, sitting/dining room with stone fireplace and seating for 4/5 people and fully fitted kitchen.  All the furnishings are of the highest standard, with timber flooring and loose rugs throughout.  All accommodation is on the ground floor with wheelchair access.  Parking is adjacent to the cottages via a tarmac driveway.
The cottages have a sofabed in the sitting room which is ideal for 2 small children, or 1 older child or adult.  We have a travel cot, pushchair and highchair available for guests’ use.
We also have a Studio available for extended family or older teenagers.  The Studio has a bed/sitting room with double bed, double sofabed, TV, DVD, separate kitchen, shower room with large power shower, and is next to Holly Cottage.

Gwynfan is a great place to relax and unwind and a perfect base from which to explore central Wales.  The Brecon Beacons are to the South, Snowdonia to the North and the beautiful coastal town of Aberystwyth to the west. All are within a days trip away.

 

Gwynfan has panoramic views stretching right towards the Radnorshire forests and Brecon Beacons in the distance.  There are lots of wonderful walks, peaceful lanes to cycle and many mountain biking tracks.  This area is a bird watchers paradise with red kites filling the skies, natutre reserves, pony trekking and fishing are all on the doorstep.
