The Penthouse main lounge is fitted with a professional home cinema system. Equipped with, UBC True Satellite TV, Amplifier, 3 Front facing speakers, 2 in-ceiling speakers, IPod connection, projector and 92inch screen it provides the ultimate in home entertainment technology and an awe inspiring movie experience.
The most noteworthy features however are the spectacular views from the Penthouse lounge balcony, the separate viewing balcony and the 2 huge sun terraces complete with sun lounges, hammocks, day beds, garden furniture and outdoor rain shower! Please note though we have had both elderly guests and families with young children stay in the Penthouse (who have enjoyed it very much without problem) we do not necessarily recommend it as a preferred Condo for such guests as there are three flights of steps to it. Please nb no refunds will be given on this basis so if this might pose difficulties please consider the Elysian and Eden condos instead; which are based on the ground floor and first floor respectively.
