Description

| Anchor Villa is a traditionally built home situated on the edge of Vamos, the capital of the Apokoronas region of North West Crete. The villa is individually designed and has panoramic views over Souda Bay and the Lefka Ori (White Mountains), with spectacular sunsets. It has its own private swimming pool. The villa was designed as a family home and is therefore well equipped, offering superb family accommodation. Vamos village is a 5 minute walk away, and offers excellent local amenities including bakery, pharmacy, 24 hour local health centre plus good small village supermarkets. There are two sandy beaches within a 15 minute drive. The local airport (Chania) is 40 minutes drive away and is served by charter flights from the UK on a Tuesday from April to October. Scheduled airlines fly several times a day via Athens. Ferries sail regularly between Athens and Souda. |
