Check In is anytime after 2 PM, Check Out is 10 AM.  We prefer to be notified of very late arrivals.

Casa Feliz is a unique house in sunny Andalucía (Spain) for up to 7 people with its own private pool. It is situated on the outskirts of Natural Montes de Malaga, peacefully at a short dead end track. It has spectacular views over the Axarquia. If good weather you can see for 30 kms away! The cottage is for rent for different kinds of holidays in Spain, for example, golfing, hiking, family holidays, beach holidays, swimming holidays, rest breaks, riding holidays, cultural holidays, or just to sit and read. There is at Casa Feliz certainly no mass tourism, it is pure Spain. If you want entertainment, discos, noise and / or many foreigners, than you should find another vacation accommodation!! Casa Feliz is a home with the finest details and decorated to Western European standards, also a beautiful pool, almost every day good weather, beautiful surroundings, lots of peacefulness, real Spaniards (who almost always only speak Spanish) and the real Spain! Are you interested? Then you are most welcome !!!
Views:  From the balcony at the side of the house, you can sit and enjoy the view on the hills. You can see and hear the farmers working in the fields and olive trees.
Comares is the nearest village, it is a real pueblo blanco, built on the top of a mountain. It is a village with very narrow streets and about 1,500 inhabitants, it is about 700 meter height. Comares has one supermarket where you can buy almost everything, 2 banks and several bars (including one even with a terrace) and there are a couple of restaurants, a hotel and a public swimming pool. Other larger towns nearby are Colmenar, Benarmagosa and Rio Gordo. The bigger towns nearby are Velez Malaga (35 km with a modern shopping centre), Malaga (45 km) and Antequera (70 km). Near the house is a riding school were you can ride on horseback. In the house are some maps and suggestions for walks and information on cities nearby. Here are a number of short options for day trips: The cities of Granada (130 km)with the famous Alhambra, Seville (210 km), Cordoba (160 km) and Jaén (230 km). The beautiful, rugged mountain forest Montes de Malaga (20 km) which has a natural variety (almost extinct) wild animals. The Sierra Nevada, mountains where the peaks 5 months a year are covered with snow. There are over 75 km of slopes and 22 lifts. The beach and the Mediterranean sea is about 20 km away. Worth a visit is the rocky landscape of El Torcal near Villanueva de la Concepción. This park has beautiful hiking routes. Also a bit further away there are interesting things to see: the caves of Nerja, Ronda and the lake Fuente de Piedra (thousands of flamingos in a salt water lake).
Casa Feliz has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a typical Andalucian cabinet and a double bed. When you wake up and open the balcony doors, it might be possible that you think you are in heaven! The second bedroom also has a double bed in Andalucian style. The third bedrooms consists of three single beds and has toys and books for children. The bathroom consists of a bath tub and a kitchen offers you all the comfort you are used to (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, fridge, coffee machine, grill, hob, oven, blender, toaster). In the living room you can watch satellite TV and/or films on dvd, there are books and off course a couch and chairs.
Outside Area:  A staircase on the outside of the home by the pool (8 x 5 meters). The depth of the pool ranges from 90 cm to 180 cm. There is a staircase with four steps in the pool built. A specialist maintains the pool (in season twice a week in winter once a week). The pool has its own filtering and cleaning system. In the morning you can enjoy it outside in the sun on the balcony where you have a fantastic view, or in the shade on the patio at the front door. The whole day is sunshine around the pool but on the side of the house is under the balcony a lovely covered terrace if you get too warm. The house has a swimming pool behind the wild garden with fruit trees. There is 400 m2 outdoor space.

Meadow View Farmhouse is situated on a working Farm on the outskirts of the village of Llanspyddid in the Brecon Beacons National Park and only 1 mile from the market town of Brecon .

A c16 Welsh traditional longhouse, It is an ideal location for all activities in Wales. Comfortable and well equipped five bedroomed sleeping 2 – 11.The cottage has a open fire, oakbeams. many original features retained. Enclosed lawned area with garden furniture and BBQ. also paddock adjoining lawn for family activities. Plenty of Private parking. Shed available for bikes canoes etc. .

It looks out over open fields farmed by us.

Sleeps 2-3-4-5-6-7-8–up to 11 persons. Bed Linen provided . Pets welcome

Rowan House is a detatched property situated within Loch Lomond National Park just 90 mins drive fro glasgow airport . We are in a very quiet location yet just 4 miles from where we are there are a host of activities for you to enjoy such as horse riding , golf , indoor and outdoor bowls , tennis , boat hire , fishing , and much much more . There are hills and mountains to walk and hill lochans which have trout in them . We are close to Loch Lomond where can take e ferry and cruise around the loch and take in the breathtaking scenery . W e ideally situated so that you can tour the west coast of scotland . Outide we have a grassed area by the loch where you can have a bbq and cook your catch . hope to see you soon .

Superior double with loch view and has en suite shower room . £80- for 1 night stay.

Standard double with loch view and has private shower room .  £70- for 1 night stay.

Twin room ( on ground floor ) and has en suite shower room .   £65- for 1 night stay.

All prices are for 2 people sharing a room and includes full scottish breakfast .

The Snug self-catering cottage is a cosy, modern, detached holiday home just a moment’s stroll from the beach, and ideally situated for exploring Dunoon, the Cowal peninsula and the beautiful countryside of Argyll.

The Snug has a cosy double bedroom downstairs, along with a bathroom (with bath & over-bath shower). Upstairs is the open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room (with sofa bed) which has lovely views from the Paris balcony to the sea with the hills beyond.

The Snug is set in a quiet lane in the village of Innellan which lies just a few miles south of the popular tourist town of Dunoon – itself just an hour from Glasgow. There is a shop, post office, 2 restaurants and village pub all within walking distance.

The Snug sleeps two in the double bedroom and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. Children are always welcome and we are happy to provide a travel cot, stair gate and high chair. Pets also welcome.

Available for full weeks and also short breaks.
Price, Terms & Payment:
Weekly rates for The Snug are £195 – £350 including gas, electricity, linen and towels. Please contact us for short break prices.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking with the balance due 4 weeks before the stay.

Changeover usually a Saturday. Arrival from 3pm and departure by 10am.
